After you fill out your info

We give you access to your Patient Portal, with testing FAQs and instructions.

While your kits are in the mail, we'll send you information via email on how to prepare. These cheat sheets include key details like notes from your practitioner, timing, restrictions on food and supplements, how to collect your sample and mail your kit back to the lab.

Within 24 hours of receiving your info

We notify you that your order has been shipped.

Depending on where you live and which lab company your doctor ordered from, your kits will arrive in about 2-4 business days.

Phlebotomy

We send you resources to help you understand your blood draw options.

Your practitioner can also set their own preferred phlebotomist and have us send you there.
