Return & Refund Policy

Patients have 30 days from payment to return a lab test kit. To be eligible for a return, the kit must be unopened.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Ship your kits back to us: 121 2nd St. Unit 5 San Francisco CA 94105.
  2. You are responsible for paying for return postage.
  3. Send us a photo of the kit with the return labels attached to it at support@rupahealth.com to notify us of the return.
  4. Once we receive your picture, the full price of the test will be returned to your initial payment method.

Policy details:

  • All returned kits need to be received back at Rupa Health within 30 days of payment for a refund to be processed.
  • You are responsible for paying for return postage.
  • The refund will be for the full price of the test returned to the same payment method.
  • The Rupa ordering fee is non-refundable.
  • Certain exclusions apply*.

*These kits are non-refundable:

  1. COVID-19 antibody tests from any lab
  2. All tests from Cyrex Laboratories
  3. All tests from Vibrant America and Vibrant Wellness


Except for any products designated on the Rupa site as final sale or non-returnable, we will accept product returns and provide you with a refund of your purchase price, less the original processing and ordering fee and original shipping and handling costs. Products from the following labs are always final sale, and are not returnable: Cyrex, Vibrant America, and Vibrant Wellness.

Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of shipment and with valid proof of purchase. To return products, you must email our support department at support@rupahealth.com to obtain an RMA number before shipping your product back to us. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment, so you should fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. 

Refunds are processed within approximately ten business days of our receipt of your returned products. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Rupa site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE OR FINAL SALE.

For defective returns, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information in the Rupa Terms of Use and Sale  included with the product or as detailed in the product’s description on our site.
