We introduce ourselves as an extension of your team, that is here to help with everything lab test-related. Participants have the option to pay using Credit, Debit, or a 3-Month Payment Plan.
Tests are drop-shipped directly to the participant to an address they choose.
If you gave us special instructions when you placed the order, those will be included.
We send your participants sample requisition forms with step-by-step instructions.
We make sure your participant was able to submit their sample, or see if there’s any questions we can still answer.
Results will be available to your participant via the e-mail's HIPAA secure link. You will be able to review results directly in your Rupa portal but can always choose to receive e-mail results notifications for each course participant.
