Our goal is to support your participants from testing check-out to results and everything in-between. Here’s what happens behind the scenes, so you know they will be taken care of.

Participant Experience Timeline

When your participant clicks on your direct link to testing

They complete a co-branded checkout page from us.

We introduce ourselves as an extension of your team, that is here to help with everything lab test-related. Participants have the option to pay using Credit, Debit, or a 3-Month Payment Plan.

Within 24 hours of payment

We notify your participant when their order has been shipped.

Tests are drop-shipped directly to the participant to an address they choose.

2 days after the kits ship

Your participant gets a personalized instructions page.

If you gave us special instructions when you placed the order, those will be included.

Phlebotomy

We send your participants local phlebotomy options who can draw for their kits.

Your participant receives a kit that they’ll need to bring to the blood draw.

There’s usually an additional cost that is paid directly to the phlebotomist.

You can also set your own preferred phlebotomist and have us send participants there by adjusting your settings.

Sample Requisitions

We help your participants fill out their requisitions.

We send your participants sample requisition forms with step-by-step instructions.

2 weeks into the process

We check in to see how their sample collection is going.

We make sure your participant was able to submit their sample, or see if there’s any questions we can still answer.

When results are in

Your participant is notified via email.

Results will be available to your participant via the e-mail's HIPAA secure link. You will be able to review results directly in your Rupa portal but can always choose to receive e-mail results notifications for each course participant.

Patients can access our resource library or reach out to their support team at support@rupahealth.com.
