The Lyme Screen Immunoassay IgM is a qualitative test designed to detect IgM antibodies to Lyme Borreliae group-specific antigens in human serum. This test is unavailable for patients over 65 when ordered through physician services.

This is an add–on test that must be ordered with the Lyme ImmunoBlot IgM. It can identify which of the following Lyme species the patient is positive for: B. burgdorferi B31, B. burgdorferi 297, B. californiensis, B. mayonii, B. afzelii, B. garinii, B. spielmanii, B. valaisiana. This test is unavailable for patients over 65 when ordered through physician services.
