The DUTCH Complete™ is a comprehensive assessment of sex and adrenal hormones and their metabolites and includes the daily, free cortisol pattern, organic acids, melatonin, and 8-OHdG. This test cannot be ordered for patients under 12 years of age. NOTE: If you order for a patient in MD, NY, or RI, you must provide them with a written prescription or lab order on a document with a letterhead from your facility that they will send back to the lab with their samples.

The DUTCH Plus™ offers an extensive assessment of sex and adrenal hormones and their metabolites. It also assesses the Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR) and includes the insomnia cortisol sample. DUTCH Sex Hormone Metabolites (Dried Urine)

The DUTCH Sex Hormone Metabolites test measures estrogen, progesterone, and androgen hormones and metabolites. It is perfect to use for a baseline hormone reading or to monitor hormone replacement therapy. This test cannot be ordered for patients under 12 years of age. DUTCH Adrenal (Dried Urine)

The DUTCH Adrenal provides free cortisol patterns that parallel saliva with the addition of metabolite measurements for an improved marker for total cortisol production. This helps to identify issues with infertility, PCOS, and other month-long symptoms. This test includes the insomnia cortisol sample. This test cannot be ordered for patients under 12 years of age. The DUTCH Cycle Mapping™ test maps the patterns of progesterone and estrogen throughout the menstrual cycle. These patterns help characterize and analyze each phase of the menstrual cycle.
