Chloramphenicol Resistance Genes

The Universal Antibiotic Resistance Genes panel detects 55 genes associated with resistance to the most commonly prescribed antibiotics for gastrointestinal infections. The genetic elements in this panel are not specific to a single bacterial species; they can be found in a variety of different microbes. This test can be ordered as an add-on to the GI-MAP or GI-Pathogens panel.

The Gut IQ Profile is a comprehensive stool analysis providing a broad view of overall gut health by combining PCR and genomic sequencing technologies. Metagenomic sequencing analyzes the genetic material of entire microbial communities in a stool sample.
