Collagen Type I C-Telopeptide

This is a single-marker test measuring the level of Collagen Type I C-Telopeptide (CTx) in the blood, a marker of bone resorption. It is commonly used to assess bone turnover and monitor the effectiveness of anti-resorptive therapies, such as bisphosphonates, in patients with osteoporosis or other metabolic bone diseases.
