Measures IgG, IgA, and IgM antibodies against bacterial cytotoxins and cytoskeletal proteins. Detects the overgrowth of large intestinal bacteria in the small intestine and evaluates the release of bacterial cytotoxins and their breach of the intestinal barrier. Developed and published by Aristo Vojdani, PhD, MSc, CLS, known as the father of functional immunology, in 2014 and 2019.

Measures IgG, IgA, and IgM antibodies against bacterial toxins, tight junction and cytoskeletal proteins (Array 2, 22), and blood-brain barrier proteins (Array 20).Detects disturbance of gut flora in the small and large intestine, and damage done to the gut and blood-brain structures that set the stage not only for leaky gut and leaky brain, but for the development of SIBO/IBS, inflammation, autoimmunity, neuroautoimmunity, and neurodegenerative disorders.
