This is a single-marker test measuring IgG antibodies to Rubeola (measles). IgG antibodies to measles may indicate that the patient was exposed to measles through infection or vaccination.
Myoglobin
Serum
This is a single-marker test measuring myoglobin. It is useful for the assessment of skeletal muscle breakdown.
Measles, Mumps, Rubella
Serum
This panel measures IgG antibodies to the viruses that cause Measles, Mumps, and Rubella. The presence of IgG antibodies may indicate that the patient was exposed to these viruses through infection or vaccination.
Anti-DNase B (Streptococcal) Antibodies
Serum
This panel measures anti-DNase B antibodies to help identify an existing or past streptococcal infection.
Direct Coombs
Whole Blood
This test is used to detect antibodies coating red blood cells.
Phosphorylated Tau 181 (pTau-181)
Plasma
This is a single-marker test measuring the concentration of p-Tau181 protein in the blood or cerebrospinal fluid. Elevated levels of p-Tau181 are associated with tauopathies, including Alzheimer's disease, and can be used to differentiate Alzheimer's from other neurodegenerative conditions. This biomarker is particularly valuable for early diagnosis, monitoring disease progression, and evaluating response to therapeutic interventions in Alzheimer's disease and related disorders.
Trypanosoma Cruzi IgG
Serum
This is a single-marker test detecting IgG antibodies against Trypanosoma cruzi, the parasite responsible for Chagas disease. This test is used for diagnosing both acute and chronic Chagas disease, particularly in patients with a history of exposure in endemic areas. Positive results indicate past or current infection, and the test is crucial for early detection, guiding treatment, and preventing complications such as cardiomyopathy and gastrointestinal manifestations associated with chronic Chagas disease.
Hepatitis A IgM
Serum
This test measures IgM antibodies to Hepatitis A. The presence of IgM antibodies indicates ongoing or recent infection.
Testosterone, Free (Ultrafiltration) + Total
Serum
This panel measures free and total testosterone. It can be used to investigate hirsutism and masculinization in women and testicular function in men.
Thyrotropin Receptor Antibody
Serum
This is a single-marker test measuring thyrotropin receptor antibodies (TRab).
