About the Test

This is a single-marker test measuring ceruloplasmin. Ceruloplasmin is used in the evaluation of oxidative stress. When paired with copper, it is used to calculate free copper. When paired with other blood or urine copper tests, it is used to help diagnose Wilson's disease. NOTE: DHA Laboratory blood draws must be performed at Labcorp.
