Microbial Transglutaminase

Measures IgG and IgA immune reactivity to wheat, wheat germ agglutinin, gluten proteins, non-gluten proteins, gluteomorphins+prodynorphins, transglutaminase-2, transglutaminase-3, transglutaminase-6, and microbial transglutaminase or meat glue. Detects possible celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity, gluten ataxia, dermatitis herpetiformis, and many autoimmunities that are associated with these proteins and enzymes, including meat glue. Developed, patented, and published by Aristo Vojdani, PhD, MSc, CLS, known as the father of functional immunology, in 2004, 2008, 2011, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2020, 2023, and 2024.

Measures antibodies that are part of Leaky Gut Antibodies, Wheat/Gluten Immune Reactivity, and Gluten Cross-Reactive Foods. Detects leaky gut to large molecules, disturbance in the gut flora, wheat- and gluten-associated autoimmunities, and autoimmunities including neuroautoimmunities associated with the consumption of gluten cross-reactive foods, such as MS and type 1 diabetes induced by casein and milk butyrophilin.
