The IgG Food MAP analyzes 190 different foods common in Western, Asian, and Mediterranean diets, as well as candida and yeast, to determine food sensitivities. The FIT 176 test evaluates sensitivities to 176 foods and additives by measuring IgG antibodies and immune complexes. It now includes the Gut Barrier Panel, with markers such as IgG 1-4/C3d and IgA 1-2. This version of the test is conducted using a blood spot sample, but it is also available as a serum test.
