Lyme Dot Blot Assay (LDA) is a qualitative immunoassay for the direct detection of Borrelia burgdorferi–specific antigens in a patient's urine sample using anti–B. burgdorferi antibodies. This test is unavailable for patients over 65 when ordered through physician services.
