The 96 IgG Food Sensitivity Panel measures the IgG (delayed reaction) to 96 commonly consumed foods.
Food sensitivities may arise anytime throughout one’s life. They may result from repetitive consumption, lack of diversity in the diet, emotional or physical stress, reduced oral tolerance, chronic infection such as, Candida albicans, Epstein-Barr virus, or Lyme’s disease, or due to increased intestinal permeability.
