Unlike traditional allergy testing methods such as skin prick or antibody-based blood tests, the LRA Dental test focuses on identifying sensitivities or intolerances mediated by T cells, which trigger delayed immune responses and can lead to inflammation or other symptoms. This LRA panel includes 45 chemicals (antigens) that exhibit reactivity with greater frequency and are commonly found in a wide range of dental materials. The test evaluates positive reactions and correlates this information with a database of 18,443 trade-named dental materials. This extensive evaluation allows for the accurate identification of potential reactive chemicals.
